The Friends of the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea and St. Maughold

Members

There are two classes of Members of The Friends of the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea and St. Maughold:
 
 
1. Ordinary Members 
The Ordinary Members elect the Directors of the Foundation. Only parishioners of the church may be Ordinary Members. Ordinary membership is open to any person who, being listed as a parishioner on the parochial records of the church, donates a minimum of £10 per calendar year. 
2.  Associate Members 
Associate Members have no vote at a General meetings but have the following rights: 
a. To attend and speak at all General Meetings of The Friends of the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea and St. Maughold;
b.  To receive an invitation to all events organised by The Friends of the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea and St. Maughold, which will include an annual sung High Mass; and
c.  To be named (unless they prefer otherwise) in the Annual Report of The Friends of the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea and St. Maughold, and in all public literature published by the Friends.
The Board of Directors has complete discretion to elect Associate Members, who may be corporate as well as individuals. 

Associate Membership is open to any person who donates in excess of £200, who will thereby obtain a ten year Associate Membership, or commits himself or herself to a minimum of £20 per annum for a minimum of ten years.
